The disciplined Student

I think of the guys over at Exodus 90 or the Daily Stoic and I think, I need something like that in order to begin this podcast. Perhaps it will be enough to look around me -Jordan Peterson like - and ask myself, what needs fixing? Where can i bring a little order to this chaos. My diet has been sporadic, I tend to let it go on the weekends. My exercise has always been minimal, my prayer life inconsistent. I think I will focus on the exercise. A simple routine every morning. Add that onto my podcast and rosary routine.

What do you need to do to lead a more disciplined life and open yourself up to the life of the intellect?
